OB Jetty	09/30/03 7:30 am - 9:00 am	1 - 2' some + The drought continues...pinner southwest swell throwing some small and perfectly shaped waves through the jetty. Two other people out and just enough to go around although the waits between waves was long. Water putrid from the red tide. Pretty fun and rippable considering the amount of swell in the water.
Swami's	09/27/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 3' A little bit more swell than yesterday. Super packed on the outside peak but didn't even bother surfing that as I stayed on the inside and poached the reforms that were actually kind of fun with it lining up a bit with enough juice for a couple hitties and some roundies. Was surfable for about an hour until the tide got too high and shut it down. OK.
Swami's	09/26/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 3' A bit more northwest wind swell. Fat tide kind of helping push a bit but still really soft. A few waves lining up through the inside for a nice hitty here and there. Tide really started filling in and shut it down. Nothing spectacular.
Reed St.	09/25/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 3' Small northwest wind swell and a little south swell mix. Some fun small right and lefts on the medium tide that had a couple of whackable sections. Tide moved in quick and shut it down. Borderline OK.
Swami's	09/23/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 2' Pretty blown out but a decent amount of wind swell in the water. Tide filling in quick so everybody heading in. Empty line up so I said what the hay and head out for a solo session. A few weak lines through the far inside dumping on the sand. Pretty weak.
Uppers	09/22/03 7:30 am - 9:30 am	3 - 4' some + A fat tide and a mixed up swell greeting me at Trestles, but at least there were waves. Crowd manageable at first getting to silly proportions after about a half hour into the session. Caught a couple decent ones lining through but a lot of waves sectioning out. Was screwing around on the mid peak and inside peak area while the whole time I should have been on the corner where the waves were actually lining up once the tide turned. Got some good shoulder high zippers through here which were good for a bunch of cracks. With just about 6 of us partaking of the goods on the corner it ended up being kind of fun.
Reed St.	09/18/03 7:00 am - 8:30 am	1' maybe 2' Ken dragged me out. He made me do it. No really we just charged it even though it was so small. A couple dump sections. Poor.
Reed St.	09/18/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 2' Small clean and weak wind swell. A few little right peaks but with not a lot of face to work with. Nice light offshores however. Poor.
LJ Shores	09/14/03 9:30 am - 11:30 am	1 - 2' some 3' Same west southwest swell that never really got bigger but managed to stick around. Some quick dump section rights but most of the sets closing out. Weak.
Swami's	09/12/03 7:00 am - 10:00 am	1 - 2' some + Very inconsistent west southwest swell. Perfect direction for Swami's but too small inconsistent and weak. A few fun little rippers but nothing to get excited about. OK.
LJ Shores	09/10/03 7:30 am - 9:30 am	1 - 2' some + Super clean little peaks. Everywhere else blown out by the strong eddy conditions but the south wind was blowing lightly offshore at the Shores. Mostly some loopy little lefts that would open up for some whacks and the odd right but was having a hard time nailing those down. Fun.
Reed St.	09/08/03 6:30 am - 8:00 am	1 - 3' Really clean and peaky wind swell this morning. Some pretty rippable little lefts and rights especially as the tide started really pushing. Wind started coming on strong from the south so headed in. Fun.
Reed St.	09/05/03 7:00 am - 9:00 am	1 - 2' some+ Some scrappy wind swell running but surfable and hardly anyone out. A few fun small lefts and rights but nothing to get too excited over.
OB Jetty	09/03/03 7:00 am - 9:00 am	2 - 4' some+ South swell a bit more filled in and consistent. Some super fast waves that were mostly close outs with the odd wedge popping up. Surfed the corner all by myself and got quite a few good waves that were holding up for a enough time to get a few carves in but mostly just pump and run. Got a couple little tubes and my wave in actually opened up nicely for some solid carves. OK.
OB Jetty	09/01/03 7:00 am - 9:00 am	1 - 3' Small and clean but super inconsistent and ultra crowded. South swell really not all that great. Breaking really fast with no bounce off the jetty. Managed to finagle a few corners and as the tide filled in it got a bit more fat and ridable. Still not all that great.
